Warranty and Complaints
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that something occurs which entitles you to claim a warranty. And if a product breaks after use, we’re here to help you. You can use our contact details to apply for a warranty. We would appreciate receiving some photos and/or videos of the issue so that we can assist you better.
Warranty
Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Warranty Period
We offer a minimum warranty of 2 years on all products. This means that the product should not break within this period under normal use. If the product does break within the warranty period due to normal use, we will be happy to resolve it for you, either through a repair or an exchange. Please contact us so that we can work with you to find a solution.
Repairs
In some cases, a product may need to be sent back to the supplier or manufacturer for repair. This makes it difficult to determine the exact duration of the repair process. Generally, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.
Complaints
It is always possible that something doesn’t go as planned. We recommend that you make any complaints known to us by sending an email.
